Contacting the team

When you send an enquiry, your name, email address and message are saved in our private editorial inbox so the team can respond. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Understanding our audience

We count visits to public pages and aggregate them by day, page path, referring website and device category. This counter does not use tracking cookies or store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs or personal visitor profiles. Repeated page visits count again. Aggregate counts are retained for 365 days.

For abuse prevention, a short-lived, keyed hash of the requesting network address is used for rate limits. These records expire within 15 minutes and expired records are removed on subsequent requests. Studio access uses an essential, secure sign-in cookie that expires after eight hours.

If enabled by the site owner, Vercel Web Analytics also measures traffic. The site is hosted on Vercel; content, contact enquiries and aggregate traffic counts are stored privately in Vercel Blob, and uploaded images are held in a separate public Vercel Blob store. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate their services.

We honour your browser’s Do Not Track setting for analytics. You can also opt out here. Your preference is saved only in this browser and does not remove counts already aggregated.
