Her fitness regiment doesn't only solely depend on yoga she also comes from a very health conscious family with good genes and she eats right and hits the gym when she can. All that mixed with Yoga enables her body to look exactly the way it does and we love it.
Saneles fitness journey is solely centered around consistency, being a scientist she often gets lost in her work but she tells us " I find consistency in my fitness regime it helps me balance everything. After working out I always feel lighter and energetic and have an overall positive outlook on what ever is thrown my way. It's no secret that gym is a great stress reliever".
If there is one thing with we enjoyed and learned from this amazing encounter with Sanele are beliefsshe left us with a few choice words which inspired us so much that we had to share them with you, she believes " You should always want to push for more. I'm not perfect in this journey, I learn every single day and that alone just keeps me going. There's always a next step, a better way, so you just keep on pushing. I believe our bodies are vessels we can bend and mold to what we want and with consistency and determination, we can all reach our body goals.
