She did this by choosing to focus on what she had and the dreams and goals she has always had for herself. A mother to a young boy, a wife and trainer to the masses her mind is set on working to achieve her goals, she credits consistency and discipline to helping her do so and ultimately she always invests her time in what works for her nothing more and nothing-less.
Her belief in taking time to self-care is a profound one to us and resonates so much with what a lot of us should be doing today in her own words " I am a full time trainer, creating time comes naturally to me, taking care of my body is a part of my job". ( SIDE NOTE: imagine if we treated taking care of our bodies like a part of our JOBS? leave your thoughts about this in the comment section below)

Her routine is very rigorous and unbelievably consistent and easy to follow by her standards of what easy is. The day for her starts at 5am with mommy duties to her son and she starts training classes and clients from 7am to 2pm, she then gets into more mommy duties and rests at 4pm to only get back to training clients from 6pm to 8pm easy isnt it? OK all jokes aside she basically spends an upward of about 10 - 11 hours per day working, let that sink in for a bit, she is dedicated and driven by her ultimate goal of owning her own gym and a fitness magazine, with all the energy, time and dedication she invests on a day to day basis in building herself up we believe its only a matter of time before we are paying membership fees at her gym and flipping through the page of her magazine.

When we titled this feature, the power of overcoming, we did so because that is exactly what Botle has showed us through telling her story, pain and difficulties in life will always be constant but we all have what it takes to make a choice and decide whether we choose to let the pain and difficulties stop us or to OVERCOME and reach the goals and the type of lives we want for ourselves.
