1. Tell us a little more about yourself?
I am the first-born sister of four. I stay with my nephew who is 2 years old. I love gym and one day I would love to have my own restaurant that serves healthy meals only and does home deliveries.
2. What is your daily routine like?
I work in retail so I have very limited time and a very boring “triangular” routine which is home, work and gym.
3. Based on your career, how strict do you have to be with yourself in maintaining your target body weight?
Honestly, I do not have enough time on my hands to do my training or be at gym but I always try to make time.
4. How do you make time to work out and body build?
I work shifts so sometimes I start work really early and finish at 5. This enables me to end my day at the gym. If my shift starts later then I start my day at the gym.
5. What did it take for you to get the body type and weight you have now?
It took a lot of hard work. I had to push myself towards reaching my body goals.
6. What does it take for you to stay consistent and focused on building your body?
I made sure that I make it my lifestyle. This is something I really love so it never feels like a drag.

7. When things get difficult and you feel like giving up, what do you say to yourself to keep going?
I always look back at where I started and how far I have come. That alone does the trick. I also surround myself with people who have similar goals to mine and that motivates me.
9. What's the worst thing that has ever happened to you?
Losing my mother.
10. How did you get through losing your mother?
I will never get through it.
11. If you could give your younger self advice, what would you say?
It is okay not to have it all figured out. Life changes your plans anyway.
12. Do you have a motto you live by?
If it costs you your peace, it's too expensive.

13. How do you personally define pain?
Pain is watching the brutal killings of women and children and not knowing how to protect them.
14. How do you personally define joy?
Joy is having peace of mind.
15. What motivates you?
Positive energy and seeing results.
16. What is your end goal?
I don’t think I have one because the more I achieve my goal, the more I need to push myself to greater heights.
