Tribal Fit: Based on your career how strictly do you have to be with yourself in maintaining set bodyweight?
**Miss Fez:**With my busy schedule, meal prepping is very key. Sticking to a good diet makes it easier to maintain your body weight. So, the rule is 80% good nutrition and 20% exercise. Having a balanced meal (containing the right portions of protein, carbs, and healthy fats) can assist with maintaining your body weight and I also try to work out at least 3-4 times a week.
**Tribal Fit: What does it take for you to stay consistent and focused on building your body?**Working towards
**Miss Fez:**My body goal and setting short-term goals makes it easier to reach your ultimate body goal. As I see the results and my body evolving, I strive to become better and stronger. And it is also very important to be patient with your body. On average, a good body transformation takes a minimum of 3 months.

Tribal Fit: How do you make time to work out and body build?
Miss Fez: I usually set up a weekday schedule to help me manage the number of hours I have in a day and with time allocation for work, gym/ exercise time after work and studying late in the evenings.
Tribal Fit: What is your daily routine like?
**Miss Fez:**I start off my day with personal development this involves listening to positive podcasts, reading my bible and meditating for about 10-15 minutes, then I prepare for work and end off the day with a gym session. My evenings are mostly for meal prepping and for studying.Tribal Fit: What did it take for you to get to the body type and weight you are in now?
Miss Fez: After my drastic unhealthy weight gain in 2011, I decided to change my lifestyle and to start eating healthier and exercising. My weight gain made me feel very uncomfortable, so I decided to go on a body transformation challenge. Having an ideal meal and exercise plan has made it possible for me to reach my desired body type.Tribal Fit: When things get difficult and you feel like giving up what do you say to yourself to keep going?
**Miss Fez:**I take some timeout to reflect, talk more to God and those individuals who are close to me and go back to the drawing board to review my goals and vision. I also tend to exercise more when I’m feeling down, as it releases happy hormones and revitalizes my soul. I also reflect on past failures and remind myself of how I conquered then.

Miss Fez: Being involved in a horrible car accident with my immediate family in 2017, we nearly lost our lives. It was a traumatic experience for me.
