Fit Lettie: Hi, I am Lethile Vezi and I am a fitness fanatic, skincare enthusiast, reader, traveler, and bubbly.
Tribal Fit: Based on your career how strict do you have to be with yourself in maintaining your body?
Fit Lettie: Not too strict, also not too lenient. Just make sure I keep a balance between my work, workouts, and diet life.
Tribal Fit: What does it take for you to stay consistent and focused on building your body?
Fit Lettie: I love it, am addicted to it. Just like one needs food to survive.
Tribal Fit: How do you make time to work out and body build?
Fit Lettie: I don’t think about it, it has become the way of life for me. It’s part of my daily to-do list.
Tribal Fit: What is your daily routine like?
Fit Lettie: I Do, 10 mins max on cardio and 1 hour of weight training per day.
Tribal Fit: What did it take for you to get to the body type and weight you have now?
Fit Lettie: Changing my diet and making healthy eating and consistent working out a lifestyle.
Tribal Fit: When things get difficult and you feel like giving up what do you say to yourself?
Fit Lettie: Mmhhh, I actually look at FITNESS MODELS. I figure one of the biggest things it cost them to have the bodies they have was not giving up, because of that, they have the results and the bodies that others look up to. That keeps me going
Tribal Fit: Which workouts do you consider hard?
Fit Lettie: Cardio is the one set of workouts that are challenging for me.
Tribal Fit: Do you have a motto you live by?
Fit Lettie: If God puts you through it, He will get you through it.
Tribal Fit: If you could give a younger version of yourself advice what would you say?
Fit Lettie: I would say eat healthier and start working while you are young.
Tribal Fit: What motivates you?
Fit Lettie: Honestly, it’s Hardworking and smart working people.
Tribal Fit: How do you personally define joy?
Fit Lettie: For me, joy is being at peace with your inner self.
Tribal Fit: What is your end goal?
Fit Lettie: I working towards making sure that I will still be fit and active in my 60’s.
Tribal Fit: What is your current age?
Fit Lettie: Right now, I am in 30 years young and loving it!.
