This slightly sour snack has a huge energy punch. Topping a single serving of plain yogurt with whole-grain cereal. You can bring a little in a sandwich bag to the office or use the leftover cereal from your morning bowl. For more staying power and flavour, add a drizzle of honey or sprinkle of berries. You can eat yogurt for any meal of the day.
